Here are some tips for every woman and man, about which I think is really important in today's world. 

So, let's go ahead.


~ Create your own happiness : Remove this blunder of ''your happiness will always be more important than mine''. Because at some point of your life, this statement will definitely hurt you. So try to stay happy by yourself and do what your heart actually desires.


~ Expect everything, but only from yourself : If you expect something from yourself, it will take you in the direction in which your feelings won't get hurt by anyone else. And you'll be on your life's safer side.



~ Try to know yourself everyday : From morning to night, you've a lot to learn, a lot to understand, a lot experience about what is good or bad for you, what are your strengths and weaknesses. By knowing yourself, you'll start focusing more on doing something constructive and excel in it one day. 


~ Do not let anyone else control your life : This is most important! If you're giving your life's key in someone's hand, then trust me, you'll end up with nothing.


~ Do what you think is right for you, and don't listen to anyone if they're trying to dominate you.




 




~ Follow the rule - "I don't care whoever you are" : If someone is trying to deteriorate your mental health, then sooner or later it'll affect your physical health too. So, whatever he/she is doing, just keep yourself away from that person. 


~ Release the anxiety and practise being relaxed - I know it's extremely hard to chill and stay calm all the time. But believe me, if you really want to keep your mental and physical health good, you need to do it. Whatever you face, take it lightly and take everything as a 'part of life' and let the things happen.









~ Utilise your day - We have 24 hours per day. And every single second of each day is important. So utilise the days by doing something good, by learning new things. Life is very short in a sense that there are infinite things available in front of us to learn, to seek knowledge. So, without wasting your time, utilise it in a proper way.


                  It's true that every mental change takes time. Because mind needs time to adapt new environment. Transforming yourself isn't that easy but if you try to do it willingly then no one could stop you. There are a lot of negative mental traits, so you need to address each one of these, which isn't easy. It requires the repeated application of various techniques and takes time to familiarize yourself with the practices. It's a process of learning.
